Laughter is the Best Medicine

Senior Meme

One of my favorite things to do is laugh. I love to swap funny stories with my family and friends.

People often refer to music as the universal language, which I understand because it's something we can all listen to no matter where we come from and have a mutual bond & connection with, but laughter is another form of expressing ourselves that we can all relate to.

Laughter is so contagious. No matter what kind of laugh you have, it always starts with a smile and then blossoms into a loud cackle, a weird intermittent breathing noise, or even a snort or two. Seeing someone laugh is enough to make me laugh sometimes. Like this little sweet baby... This is probably my most watched YouTube video of all time! Do yourself a favor, turn the sound on, and watch.

That's what I love about laughs. We all have a unique laugh and something that we find funny enough to laugh at from time to time. So, this is a reminder to share that laugh with someone you love today! Tell each other a joke or a story. Watch a funny video online. Or, do what I did and go on Pinterest to find a funny meme.

Laughter is such a good, wholesome, & healthy release! Everyone needs to smile and laugh once day. If you can do that, you can never say that you had an altogether bad day. So, find a way to laugh and smile today! I know you may be thinking that things are tough right now, but laughter is a gift we were given that reminds us to relax & not worry so much. After all, laughter is the best medicine! I hope you all have a great day & laugh until you cry! Tears of joy, of course.
