I will be the first to admit that I let this blog post slip by me. When you are so focused on being the best home care agency you can be, sometimes things like blogs get put on the back burner, unfortunately. Better late than never I guess!
In October of 2020 - HoneyHill HomeCare was announced as the WINNERS for 2 different categories in the 2020 Ruthies Awards! We took home the title for Favorite In-Home Care Service and Favorite Non-Medical Home Health Provider. In 2019, we placed as a finalist in the Favorite In-Home Care Service category -- so to win two categories the next year was extremely exciting! A family-owned & local home care agency winning both categories felt like a complete dream! We had our family come watch the live stream of the award show and we had food and a great time!
It's hard for me to write a blog regarding our achievements as a company because it definitely feels like bragging. At the same time, it's very easy to write this blog because it's LONG overdue to make this announcement on our end and these awards are a perfect example of what can happen when a team works in harmony! Because we know we would not be here without all of our clients, caregivers and office staff working together.
Our caregivers are the best you can find in Middle Tennessee! There. I said it! I know you might think I am biased, but I mean it. We are lucky enough to have met some of the most kind-hearted, dedicated and compassionate people to take care of our amazing clients. We are also always talking about the fact that we really do have the best clients in Middle Tennessee too! Each client we have had the pleasure of serving has been absolutely wonderful and it's an honor they trust us to provide their care!
Unfortunately, this year (2021), they changed up how to nominate businesses and apparently we missed the deadline! Who knows? Maybe someone anonymously put our name in, but if not, we know that whether we get an award or not, that will not change how hard we work every day to be the best agency we can be!
Regardless, our caregivers and our staff at the office were all very proud of our awards last year and I felt that sharing these accomplishments was a way of reminding them how wonderful they all are!
Thank you to all those who voted for HoneyHill HomeCare last year and we aim to be the premier home care provider in Middle Tennessee this year and for all the years to come!
Also - thank you to all of our past and current clients for choosing us as your provider and to our hard-working team of caregivers (or worker bees as we refer to them here at the HoneyHill Hive!)!
